Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are accepted.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been processed or shipped.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at our customer support email or phone number.

2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Proof in the form of photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item is required.

Not eligible for return:

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

Used or altered products

Custom-made, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items

Minor variations in color, texture, or size due to handmade craftsmanship

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days (processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider).

4. Replacement Policy

If eligible, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement will be shipped after we receive the returned product.

If the product is out of stock, we will offer an alternative item or issue a refund.

5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.

Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages During Transit

If the package arrives damaged, you must report it within 24–48 hours with images/videos.

For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner. Once confirmed, a replacement or refund will be provided.
